At DUO STAR TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC ("Duo Star," "we," "our," or "us"), we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality cleaning and technical services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding service cancellations, refunds, and modifications.
By using our services, you agree to the terms stated in this policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from booking our services.
2. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or modify their booking at least 12 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Cancellations or modifications made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

If our personnel arrive at the location and are unable to perform the service due to customer unavailability or other reasons beyond our control, the full service fee will be charged.

For large-scale bookings or corporate contracts, cancellation policies may vary, and terms will be outlined in the service agreement.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in cases where services were prepaid but not rendered due to unforeseen circumstances caused by Duo Star.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment or if the service was completed to the agreed standard.

If a service is deemed unsatisfactory, customers must report concerns within 24 to 48 hours for review. Duo Star reserves the right to offer a redo service rather than a refund.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method only.

Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on bank processing times.
4. Non-Refundable Deposits

For bulk service bookings, special event cleaning, or corporate service contracts, a 50% non-refundable deposit may be required.

If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, the deposit will be forfeited.
5. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the transaction.

Any chargebacks or disputes raised through banks or payment providers without first contacting Duo Star may result in legal action.
6. Amendments to This Policy
Duo Star reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
